All people are the same.
They have the same inspiration, love, hopes, fears, cruality. Patternes are common. Adaptation is a privilege.
You have to put yourself in other people's shoes.Then, you know how they feel, their fears, their inspirations.
Otherwise, you can not judge with impartiality and independance.
